Darren G. Davis
President
Making his way in the world by marketing the entertainment industry at such companies as E! Entertainment Television and USA Networks, Darren left to pursue his creative dreams in publishing, taking on a position at Wildstorm Studios – which shortly after joined with comic book conglomerate, DC Comics. After his tenure in Corporate America, Darren joined on as President of Joe Madureira’s Beyond Entertainment, with such title as Battle Chasers. Following several years with Wildstorm, Darren took the next step towards creative freedom and formed his own publishing company known as Bluewater Productions, in which he created such popular titles as 10th Muse, the sixth highest selling comic in November 2001. Darren continues to represent the top comic book talent in the industry while writing comics and novels, as well as serving the role of Editor-in-Chief of Bluewater.
Jason Schultz
EVP/Business Development
An innovative, tech-savvy manager with over 15 years sales, marketing and product development experience. Jason is a proven catalyst for revenue growth as evidenced by his distinguished track record of relationship building, securing strategic alliances, and delivering world class service. Since joining Bluewater Productions in 2004 as Vice President, Jason has been instrumental in some of the company’s most stunning successes including the securing of licensing deals with Sony Pictures, Legend Films and BCI/Navarre. Additionally, he has been responsible for establishing Bluewater’s marketing and public relations successes.
Lisa K. Brause
Producing Manager
Award-winning producer Lisa K. Brause brings 19 years of entertainment experience in various outlets of the entertainment industry. From on-camera and voice over commercial talent agent for three top agencies in New York and Los Angeles; Post Production Coordinator for the famed, number one show in the world, Baywatch; Director of Distribution, Vice-President of Programming, Executive Producing PBS Specials, Managing Talent, Packaging Comic Book Properties, to Producing. Her comprehensive industry experience has taught her the art of creating brand awareness and multiple cross-platform marketing.

Arastao Maree a.k.a Aha is a driven individual always striving to reach his goals and create great business partnerships. With over a decade of experience as a writer/producer, executive producer and creative executive he was quickly recognized for his fresh, hip, edgy... yet commercially viable contributions to the arts and entertainment industry. He has a collective six years of experience as both a development executive and creative consultant working with Academy Level Talent and Production Companies. Recently, he was a key-producer for HOPSports' production team (Honorably mentioned by Michelle Obama due to their innovations with integrating Entertainment and Fitness). His client list includes Harpo Productions, Spike TV, Universal Television Group, Vivendi-Universal, Rafiki Film, Sony Playstation and many more.
